Returns & Exchanges
At MaraSilk, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your scarf isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different design or color, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange whenever possible, depending on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
For confirmed quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Please make sure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

The item must be damage-free (this does not apply to defective products)
Damage caused after delivery may void the refund eligibility.
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you may still return or exchange it, but the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
We do not charge any return handling fees.
How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
When sending back your item:

Use a shipping method with tracking
Returns or exchanges sent without tracking information cannot be processed.
Return Address
If your return request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions by email.
When applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.
Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Late or Missing Refunds
