Shipping Policy
At MaraSilk, every order is carefully prepared so your scarf arrives beautifully packaged and ready to wear.
1. Do You Ship to My Country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to certain shipping restrictions, there are a few destinations we currently cannot deliver to.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are continually working to expand our global shipping coverage.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Worldwide
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all MaraSilk orders to most countries.
3. Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes order processing time + shipping time.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected delays.
Order Processing: 3–5 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you notice an error in your shipping address or contact details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Simply click “Track My Order” in the email to check your shipment status.

6. Why Has My Tracking Not Updated?
After your package is handed over to the carrier, it may take 3–5 days to reach the international shipping center.
During this period, tracking information may not update immediately as the package travels from the local processing facility to the international transit hub.
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
7. What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?
If your package has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
